RETURN AND REFUND
POLICY
Dear Customer,
NFC AND IFID BANGLADESH Return and Refund Policy:
1. In-Store
Purchases:
- Please inspect
and verify your purchase with our salesperson before leaving the shop. Any
subsequent issues will be addressed under the product warranty, if applicable.
2. Online Orders:
- For any
manufacturing defects, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. Defective
Products:
- Defective items
can be exchanged at our shop. Our experts will assess the defect and proceed
with the exchange.
4. Exchange via
Delivery:
- If you prefer to
exchange a defective product through our delivery service, a fee of Tk.200/-
will apply. For exchanges outside Dhaka, only courier charges will be
applicable. Please note that if the product is found damaged (broken or burnt)
after delivery, the buyer will bear full responsibility.
5. Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable
Items:
- Products
purchased from Crystals website are not eligible for refunds or exchanges after
delivery, especially if they do not support your device or are no longer
needed.
6. Software/Software
Licenses:
- All software and
software licenses are non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase.
7. Refund Processing
Time:
- Refunds for
online payments may take 3 to 10 working days or longer after product return
approval.
8. Courier
Deliveries:
- Do not accept
products from the courier if they are damaged or the package is torn. If you
accept damaged goods, you do so at your own risk, and no complaints will be
entertained later.
9. Refund Charges:
- Refund charges
will apply for payments made via BKash, online, or POS methods.
